Shipping Policy

Currently, we offer 3 shipping/delivery options:

USPS without Tracking

This is the lowest cost option but please note we cannot guarantee delivery with this selection. We cannot replace or refund any lost or misplaced items.

USPS First Class with Tracking

We recommend this option as it is shipped with a tracking number and helps us to ensure the package reaches you. We have done our best to keep the packaging minimal and shipping fees down. There is no mark-up on shipping. We are not responsible for stolen packages. You will have to make a claim with the post office.

Local L.A. Delivery

For order in Los Angeles area, we will offer delivery service once a week, usually on a Sunday of the following week after placing an order. You can simply select this option in shipping if you are in the LA area. If you are unsure if we deliver to your area, please email us at hello@adelluv.com.
